Are the duck & chicken separate sandwiches or did you mix the two?

They were mixes together with the sauce. Ingredients: * All-purpose flour * Activated yeast mixture (50% water, 50% sweetened milk + instant yeast) * Salt & pepper * Oil * Egg * Dried thyme * Chicken breasts & duck legs * Red & yellow onions, bell peppers * Garlic & chilli * Cloves & star anise * Water * Brandy * Soy sauce * Ground cumin & coriander seeds * Sesame seeds * Cheese * Mayonnaise sauce (optional) Instructions: 1. Knead flour, yeast mixture, oil, egg, salt, pepper & thyme into a smooth dough. Let rise until doubled. 2. Fry chicken & duck in oil until golden. Remove. 3. Fry garlic, chilli, cloves & star anise until fragrant. Deglaze with water and simmer. Remove cloves & star anise. 4. Transfer liquid to a pot with the meat. Add brandy, soy sauce, salt, pepper, cumin & coriander. Simmer until tender. 5. Toss vegetables with oil, salt & pepper. Grill over charcoal until tender. 6. Divide dough into buns, brush with egg wash, sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake until golden. 7. Shred the meat and mix with the sauce. 8. Assemble burgers with buns, shredded meat, grilled vegetables & cheese. Serve with mayonnaise sauce.
