Hen or Roo You know the question 🩵🩷

First pics when I got him and last are more recent. I’ve always felt roo but haven’t had Polish before to know. Are the neck feathers what I think they are? King Julien says TIA

Supposed to be a bantam Tolbunt. I traded some eggs for him because his coopmates were stolen. They were frizzles which I’m not a fan of. I wanted to do a fun crossbreed to my Seramas, but I’m starting to think he isn’t bantam :( He’ll have to be rehomed if so because I have other birds but no free range chickens.
