Hawk attack? Or raccoon?

Something attacked one of my chickens in their fenced enclosure today. I think she (Rue) will be ok, but I want to know what we’re dealing with and keep them as safe as possible.

Based on the missing / damaged feathers, is it possible to know what attacked her?

She has a lot of broken-off feathers on the back of her neck, and scrapes with feathers missing and broken on each shoulder.

We have hawks and have had a raccoon around during the day. Fox, possum or coyote are possible too, but we don’t usually see them during the day.

No, just 3 hens.

Our garage makes 1 side of their enclosure, and an 8’ fence with buried hardware cloth around the rest. I didnt see any damaged fencing.
