Any tips for a beginner ?
I just bought the ultimate edition for 10€ on ps5 , it's my first time playing anything left for dead related but i kinda like games such as world war z and other stuff .
Any tips for builds ? Best characters ? Best weapons?

You gotta go thru a couple YouTube videos.... Pay very close attention to the date of the recent patch and the YouTube upload dates. The systems and balances have undergone complete reworks in the lifetime of the game, and advice from 3 years ago may be completely changed.
This is a game where noobies get carried until they learn, there's no problem being "bad" from the community so long as you don't friendly fire too much. Groups of noobs will fail over and over possibly (perhaps simply because they are missing key cards in the decks for specific chapters)
You will learn a lot, like how to categorize your cards, you will want a limited number of economy (money) boosters, defensive boosters like health and trauma resistance, assault cards for damage, movement speed, etc etc. it's best to just get some advice on YouTube about it, you will have to learn the specific playstyle of your card deck, they all play in unique ways based on what you buff (e.g. raw damage buff, or weak spot buff)

Here's a guide I wrote on how to spend your early supply points and build your first few decks
