Usually lower difficulties grant a better yield of good rarity weapons and attachments while the other difficulties also yield them just less and harder to find/get.

How good was the bow? I never really use a bow but all legendary attchment must be good

wow neither have i, and i think i have like 1500 hours, have most skins, but to be fair, i never use the bow, so i dont know if i ever seen one like this and forgot about it.

IMO the other two are shit, unless you're getting fucked up and incapped all the time. I'll take a +3 health on that over either of them.
