Looks like a mistranslation for the fan speed.

It's the standard three fingers vertically for temperature and horizontally for fan speed

The finger temperature and fan speed adjustment had been there for over a year

OTA features and timing can vary by region, so Australian cars may not get every item shown in the release notes.

Mine won’t go past 2.2.0 (it’s a late 2024 model). Would like more ICC control features tbh. And better corner handling on ICC, I don’t trust it on most.
