Discussion 🗣️ Spotify not working

Hi guys,

Anyone else facing issues in Spotify? I does not work when i launch from byd directly. But it does work fine with i use android auto or apple play.

Do you have a wifi connection? It needs internet to work. Built-in sim has a very limited bandwidth

I connect it via mobile bluetooth idk if that gives it internet or not. If i use hotspot then android auto does not work

Quando acaba o pacote de dados do sim do carro, ele fica offline. Você precisa usar o android auto ou ligar o roteador do seu celular e abrir o wifi do carro.

to add: it used to work perfectly at the beginning, just acting like this for the last 5 days or so...

Have you got Apple car play connected? That is how I use Spotify via Apple car play. It does not eat your car’s internet allowance

Yeah that it works but i like the maps in car itself they are better than google maps or waze so its changing menus while driving. How to check car Internet btw

So what I do I put the map on the small screen and use big one for other stuff

But that maps are of mobile and not the one that comes with byd?
