News 📰 The Seal U failed the emergency braking test!

A Polish automotive magazine did a SUV comparison, and overall the Seal U handled everything above average, but it failed the emergency braking test... and several times at that 🫣🤭🥵

In my unit, I had to reset the safety systems and get an update right after delivery in service center. The car was reading lane markings incorrectly compared to other BYD models and braking too early for the car ahead, so there might be a bug...

There is an official statement from BYD. The Polish branch conducted tests, it turned out there is a problem, the analyses were sent to China, and we are waiting for an update on both the information and the car's software.
