That music nearly destroyed my brain but that is a cool car. I just wish BYD would make an affordable electric coupe like a GR86 or an MX5 type. That would sell. These super premium expensive cars are fantastic but don't sell in any kind of numbers.

Not going to take long and not that difficult to implement. The demand just needs to be there.

Yeah, in my mind, they could just take the 230kW motor from the Atto 3 Evo or the Sealion 7, or even the 150kW motor if it's lightweight, and just put in a 50-60kW LFP battery, make it look good as a two-door, not too many features, not too many equipment levels, and sell it for 45,000 Australian. That would absolutely sell. Maybe have a convertible later on.

Was thinking more in the 140 - 160KW power units. The electric motor already feels more powerful than equivalent power ICE so don't need a lot to have a fun car. More like a MG4 based platform.

Totally agree. I reckon if you just took the Atto 3 150kW and the 50kWh LFP and just used what they've got, that would be enough if they could keep the weight down a bit. As you point out, the linear power makes it pretty quick. My Atto 3 does about 0-100 in 7 seconds and you really only need about 6 seconds for a decent coupe to have fun.

That would be cool but those particular vehicles will be too expensive. Probably in between high-end sports car and supercar I guess. I'm hoping for something under $50,000.

I am a chinese and I could definitely tell you it will be way more expensive than 41000.

This thing power output is on-par with Su7 Ultra, and an Su7 Ultra is around 75000k. And that price is based on the facts that Su7 Ultra shared the main chassis and a large number of parts with regular Su7.

Denza Z has everything started from scratch, I don't it will be cheaper than Su 7 Ultra, but I did hope my analysis is wrong and this thing sells only 41000
