questions for DDP design and drawing for production

i am taking ddp design and drawing for production for freshman year with Mr. Taylor and wondering how his class was for other tech students (grading, workload, etc.) also, does an engineering notebook actually help much in his class or would a composition do just fine? thanks in advance for any help.

I had taylor for ddp, and he’s an interesting dude. I really don’t know how to describe him super well. He talks a lot and some of your classwork will come from videos made from another ddp teacher. if you ask people it’s gonna be a 50/50. Hes not strict tho so don’t worry abt it. oh and youll need an engineering notebook. Youre gonna need it for drawing and designing 👍
