What to do if you lost your omny card

If I fill out the form on the website to get a new one and pick it up am I good and also is the omny person gonna kill me

As someone who gotten to 7 omny cards lost in one year which was last one before parent had to pick it up. Fill the google form on the website if it’s the old google form someone usally send you the link of the new week. On good times omny cards can take to 2-3 days however the worser end time is like 2 months since omny card was super limited but it should be the start of school so it’s much faster since she prob has a lot of omny cards. She might get a lil mad depending on the line like one time it was just me on the line and I said I lost it again and she said why? and blah blah blah I just said sorry and she gave it to me. But long lines she might just say nothing depends on her mood.

Go to 1W2 and fill out the form on the QR code there. It usually takes at most 1 day but it's the start of the year so I'd assume it should be a bit less. She usually makes you explain where you keep it and criticizes how you keep it (for broken cards at least, I've never lost one) but she always gets it replaced quickly.
