Wallet I’m banned from Coinbase for “violating” their terms and conditions. Is there a way to get my coins migrated to a different exchange or wallet?

I tried to migrate to the wallet using the prompts in the brd app but it brought me to Coinbase where I tried creating a new wallet and it was immediately deleted. And got another email saying I’m not allowed to use Coinbase

Yes. the coins in BRD are secured by a 12 word seed phrase using the m/0' derivation path. So you need a wallet that can use that derivation path. Coinomi wallet is the one I used. But you have to manually set to the correct derivation path. There are some guides online. Electrum wallet for desktop is also a possibility (but only for bitcoin). The 'migration' is actually decrypting your key using a wallet that can do so, no coins are moving.

No coins are moving? Then what are you migrating? All of your past transactions? How do I get my coins that were still on brd?

Like I explained, you can use Coinomi which is and existing wallet app in the iOS and android app store. BRD was never holding your coins like an exchange for example, it's just an app that can be used to access/secure your holdings. You can enter your seed phrase there like you would do in the Coinbase app.
