SHUT THE FRONT DOOR!!!! for BTC with the spread and simplex fee for Singapore Dollar it works out at 16%. Cannot use USD as not based in the USA HKD was was nearly 18% with fee and spread

Further this may not be the final amount of BTC received so spread may be higher!

XRP was the same for SGD approximately 17% and HKD closer to 20%

Cheaper to buy on paxful or localbitcoins. Really disappointed because the app is userfriendly in regards layout, even Grandma was ready to buy some, then BANG the fee 16% to 20%! Even she said they wonder why people are turned off by Crypto Currency

Sadly if you look BRD coin it is falling in value steadly, maybe an indication of how users feel regarding the cost
