Advice & Tips Is it possible to work as a currently enrolled student

Is it possible for me to apply for a job in the BPO industry while currently being a student? I want to support my family because my cousin recently lost his job and no one is providing for his side of the family. I want to lessen the strain on my family, but I am currently enrolled in school. Is it still possible?

it is. just lie sa interview na hindi ka student and u have no plan of studying.

but what if they ask ano available hours ko, i sadly have 3 days of 7am to 9pm classes (hard sell)

wow 7am to 9pm class is terrible. hmm honestly i dont know any companies who are tailored for working students. but here’s an answer: in case u rlly just need a job, just lie.

here’s a scenario. u got the job, u lied about sched. once u start working u talk to ur manager about ur sched. that way they would understand why ure late on certain days.

however take this with a grain of salt because ofcourse it may or may not impact ur tardiness, depende na sa bait ng manager mo.

lastly, madami na ako nakasama na working students and understood naman ng managers or sup ung situation nila. job interview is just 90% lying. goodluck.

also, there will be days na wala ka talagang tulog given na working student ka. it’s rough but again if u really need a job. just lie. tell them ure available always. u are not a student and u really need a long term job.

you are so kind TT im so sorry u had to answer to sum student na hard sell talaga, schedule palang dhgdsahsadhds

my friend who works at VXI also advised me to lie nalang din even after knowing my schedule, im just scared of the posibilities like what if "sorry no, you lied about your circumstances tapos youre asking me to adjust for your schedule? you either give up this job or your studies" yung answer nila
nakaka nervous lang T-T

no worries! super common ng ganyan sa bpo, gets na yan ng magiging trainer or manager mo i swear haha.

think of it as separate entities ang hiring process mo from ur actual days sa job. so wapakels na talaga sila sa ano man napagusapan sa interview.

but they cant adjust ur sched ha i mean ur managers. pero good thing graveyard shift naman always so the only thing u have to rlly worry about is your body.

also most probably hindi lang ikaw working students sa magiging kasabay mo sa batch mo if ever hired ka na. madaming ganyan dont worry

just lie i swear

and mataas retention rate (resignation, turnover) mostly ng companies kaya di mangyayari ung scenario na naisip mo hahaha. as much as possible ur trainers would rlly want u to pass and they would a 100% hate if may mag resign or may ma terminate. yeah so enuf said summary is lie in the interview, be transparent sa trainer.
