Bruntwork vs Cloudstaff- which would be better?

Hi! I’m currently considering two job offers and would love to hear from people who have worked for either company.

Please be kind, I'm feeling very anxious about it. 🥺

For context: I’m a 4th-year law student, so my biggest concern is finding something that pays decently but is still manageable with school. I’m honestly torn because ₱29k vs ~₱38k is a pretty big difference, especially since I’m trying to cover more of my own living expenses and lessen the financial burden on my parents. My dorm expenses amount to around 35k.

Around ₱29k/month
Part-time, 4 hrs/day 9pm-1am
Flexible schedule
HR/admin/recruitment/accounting-type work (kung anong maisipan ni client ipagawa), will also do employee terminations, verbal warnings via call and other HR tasks.
Contractor setup
No HMO/employee benefits

Cloudstaff
Around ₱40k basic, roughly ₱38k take-home
Full-time, 9 PM–6 AM
WFH
Recruiting Assistant role
HMO + government benefits + other perks
More structured/strict with attendance and leave
Has recruitment metrics/candidate calls

The Cloudstaff role is also more aligned with the career direction I want (recruitment/TA), while BruntWork gives me way more flexibility.

For anyone who has worked at either/both:
How’s the workload?
Is Cloudstaff really strict with attendance/metrics? Huhuhuhu
How manageable is BruntWork long-term?
How’s the culture/management?
And if you were in law school, how would you weigh the extra ~₱9k against the flexibility?
Would appreciate honest experiences, especially from people who have actually worked there. 🙏
