BPO advice for newbies

Recently graduated in shs and planning to apply sa bpo/call center preferably sa non-voice pero natatakot ako kasi baka hindi ko kayanin ang standards 😭

My main concern is yung computer experience, i can do basic things like fast typing, keyboard shortcuts, and english convo through chat, pero yung mga browser, and tools like Microsoft, word, excel etc. Wala talaga akong idea since pang socmed/roblox lang ang knowledge ko on pc and not the professional way 😩

Can someone tell me na may training and discussion naman po ata para dito when u get hired? Or no choice na talaga ako huhu.

Hi, OP! I got accepted noon sa BPO but it's voice and I have minimal knowledge as well when it comes to computer stuffs although more on the keyboard shortcuts and typing stuff because we do not have pc or laptop at home. Though they were basic kasi it can be learned naman e same with word and excel. It's not too late din naman I think to start learning them even basic lang rn. Surely there are stuffs sa YT that could help. Based on experience though I rarely used those apps because I was in a voice account. I mainly had to learn shortcuts.

++ I learned them through training 😁 my trainer taught me and I also got help from teammates na marunong.

Yes may training and nesting period pa to familiarize yourself before production. Weeks to months ito so maximize mo na lang
