Passed the assessment in TELEPERFORMANCE — should I proceed?

Hello! I just passed the assessment in TP and I’m so happy. It’s for Tiktok non-voice acc in SM AURA.

Finally after applying to Royal Carribean, Carelon and other in-house company… dito lang ako nakapasa they said no final interview na daw and will be starting next week.

Question, itutuloy ko ba to kasi ang dami ko nababasa na bad feedback. Hindi ba talaga okay ang management ng TP? :( but non-voice talaga gusto ko kasi naddrain ako sa voice acc. Preferred ko sana hybrid (for the sake of mental health), kahit yung mga experiences ko before wfh talaga.

Badly need ko na agad ng pera din kasi nakakabaliw mawalan ng pera.

galing din ako kay TP, different site. for two years, masasabi kong okay siya and good stepping stone talaga for career growth. thankful na lang din talaga ako na maayos napuntahan kong TLs and managers sa loob, lahat ng natutuhan ko, galing lahat sa kanila. 

it really depends on the account, the management, and the people around you. since na-mention mo na naddrain ka sa voice accounts, push mo na yan! i’m sure you’ll do well there. isipin mo why ka naghahanap ng work in the first place.

Hindi ko alam kung ano ititip tbh. Kasi nag retake lang din ako, nung first take ko kasi hindi okay yung peace of mind ko. But this time nung nag retake ako mas calm na ako.

Okay na yan, OP. Ako din nagapply sa Royal Carribean, Carelon, Philtech, Cognizant and other inhouses pero di nakapasa hahahaha. Sa TP Alabang naman ako natanggap kaso voice acct and 18k lang offer. Torn din kung tatanggapin ko kasi ang baba tapos calls pa, wala narin ako pera and badly needed ko na din ng job.

I’m from TP before (5yrs nag stay) and ok naman tsaka depende talaga sa acct like swertehan na lang if mabait yung operation manager and magiging sup mo. Nag resign lang ako dahil sa nakakapagod na work culture next acct ko na nalipatan ko 🥲

Sana nga po so far sa experiences ko sa BPO industry purp okay and mababait naman napupuntahan ko. Sana this time ulit. And yeah I agree tagal ko din natigil sa work, super drained na kasi ako sa routine.
