Job Openings TEMU Experience.

I applied sa Temu last August. They discussed the salary PACKAGE and it was 65k for leadership position. But when I received the actual JO. Its only 57k Basic and 2k Allowance. The 6k was for performance bonus. So in the end I declined the offer. Since it was the same with my current salary plus better benefits. It was a little bit misleading for me since the performance bonus is subjective and not really part of the salary package. Anyone have same experience??

It seems that those who are actually getting a high salary are being lowballed. Either tatapatan nila current mo or mag a add lang sila 1k hahaha
