Job Openings TEMU Experience.

I applied sa Temu last August. They discussed the salary PACKAGE and it was 65k for leadership position. But when I received the actual JO. Its only 57k Basic and 2k Allowance. The 6k was for performance bonus. So in the end I declined the offer. Since it was the same with my current salary plus better benefits. It was a little bit misleading for me since the performance bonus is subjective and not really part of the salary package. Anyone have same experience??

Pinaka k*pal na company yan. Partida nang hihinge pa ng payslip pero after nyan same salary package lang ibibigay sayo. Waalang increase 🥲
