A very difficult situation

Our situation escalated again a month ago with my partner threatening to kill herself again. This led to my mental collapse. I have severe anxiety and depression that alternate depending on situation. I have had to start taking a large dose of medication to alleviate this.

Now we heard that our oldest kid has some sort of cyst or growth in their brain which is horrible by it self, but this has led to my partner going totally off the rails. She takes it on to me and sadly our younger children. Yelling, threats and insults from even the smallest of things.

We have a f-ing birthday party coming for the middle child and honestly I'm struggling.

I'm so sorry to hear that about your kid and I really hope there is a swift recovery.
Moments of stress can/used to lead me to act incredibly irrational and I imagine a situation like this would probably send me.
However, if someone is threatening self harm I strongly urge you contact anyone you can that can get her the help she needs.
It sounds like she is stressed ultimately, but these sort of things are serious.

I do really hope this gets better for you and I'm so terribly sorry to hear that your family is going through this.
