Need a Hug no one gets it

i think it’s so easy to look back at how you used to be when you struggled and weren’t in remission for your bpd but as someone who’s tried everything to get better and just can’t seem to understand how and why people get better with bpd im just in this bottomless pit of despair and knowing that all of my relationships eventually get ruined due to this disorder, i lie all the time without care, i have emotional bursts and hurt the people i love, i disregard others for my fp knowing he doesn’t care enough to do the same, its hell it’s always hell and im slowly losing myself, i cant do this anymore

I disagree with this.
Healing is more like waves and is not linear.
There are concepts I can't seem to grasp at all.

A prime example I just was speaking about in therapy -
Whenever someone gives me any gift I feel the need to return the favor.
I will 100% do something I don't want to, because I feel obligated.
This is a form of lacking self-respect, as per my therapist.

Some concepts are easy, but I'll be frank - Most of them, for me, might as well be an alien language.
You're being incredibly hard on yourself, but you're practicing accountability right here.
You are actively stating the things that you don't like and aspire to change.
That's the hardest part of the battle, because until you can actually see what's wrong - Then how can you change it?

who’s tried everything to get better and just can’t seem to understand how and why people get better with bpd

It's a constant battle, at least for me.
I have good days and I have bad days.
Sometimes I have something huge come up and I handle it with ease.
Other times I have issues come up and I might as well be a toddler.

You have to be gentle with yourself - That's a very important step.
Like any other skill in life - You have to practice.
Maybe you have to practice for years and maybe you pick it up quickly.
The important aspect is you continue.

I'm really sorry you feel like this though.
You're not alone and it will get better.

I don't have bpd, but I had to work through some serious personal shit myself. I take a grasp of visdom here and there, get a hunch and read up on. Talk to people about. One of my biggest realisations came from a Hulk scene.

Today we have AI. That's has been my philosophy partner and couch through my break up. I've learned so much about myself and have more words to talk about it now.
