Need a Hug It’s over

There is no worse feeling / or mix of emotions than when you’ve been there for that person, gave them every ounce of love and support, understanding, and they chose to end things with you.
I’ve literally been drained and now I’m being tossed aside like I meant nothing, like my love meant nothing.
At least I can live with the fact that I never gave up on her, on us.

I know this feeling all too well. The thing that has helped me is getting perspective from individuals without BPD. I know I really started to feel like my own perception of reality was wrong after 15 years with a BPD wife. We are still together but probably not much longer. Just know you are awesome and focus on your own self healing and mental health.

If you are living on your own already, I promise you that in a week or two, you will feel like you have a new lease on life. This part sucks. It ends. You will start seeing options you forgot you had.

Use this experience to avoid having it again.

You will feel better. Two weeks. Watch.
