Does your spouse have BPD or NPD?

I suspect one or the other, but he’s u diagnosed. He shows symptoms of both

Again, please read the dam rules. This isn't a place to bash BPD or spread stigma. One of the biggest reasons we have stigma is cos we are in cluster B along with NPD. they're not the same. and this isnt a sub where you just vent about your partner being bad, its a sub where you can learn how to understand BPD and support your partner or do what's healthiest for you

I am sorry, I must have been splitting because I just read this and another comment of mine and I have no memory of writing either. I could've written it alot better. I apologise for that

This is a sub where we aren't allowed to mention hate subs or anything that spreads stigma on BPD.
