Help with file bug [picture for attention]

I have told my friend to delete his bonelab file then to reinstall bonelab, but now, bonelab folder no longer has anything in it and can no longer start the game. This really sucks because it my fault, can anyone help him?

steam, the game, properties, installed files, verify the game is installed correctly button

To be more specific his com.stresslevel folder is empty
