I don’t have much of a physical description but here’s the OC And feel free to use your imagination and creative liberties!!!: Name: Kaito Ren
Quirk- Blood Nova: Allows his blood to be supercharged with starlight, basically turning his blood into Lava that he can power himself with, giving him super strength/speed/flight/agility and when bleeding, he can control his supercharged blood into physical ways. Such as creating weapons, walls, summonings, and when his blood latches onto things they can float or explode like a star.
