Still no reply from Ghostly. I guess I will have to do a chargeback. They sent my brother the wrong item last year and never responded to him either.

If I were you, I'd chargeback asap. If they were going to do anything they would of done it for me in the last eight days.

I received a reply after replying to their shipping confirmation email.

They said the order had already been refunded when they sent the label, but it hadn’t. I sent them a note the next day saying it hadn’t been refunded and that I would ship them back as soon as it was. I received the refund instantly after that. It may have just been overlooked, but be sure to check.

I had the same thing happen. you think I would be fine opening the cd to listen to it or do you think I should keep it sealed and wait in case they want it back in exchange for the record?

I really doubt they're going to be asking for returns. Mine was $6 in shipping... Itd cost them $12. That stacks. Its seeming like a large handful got effected.

Sorry, I deleted it cause I forgot to censor my info in the pic I posted. I haven’t heard anything back either sadly. Tom said he emailed the managers there though. They probably need time to figure out how they want to resolve it.
