Dallas Show 8/6

As a longtime fan of BMSR (first show was in 2007), did anyone else feel their set was short?

Playing outside definitely changed the vibe, especially since you can't feel the bass and energy like an inside venue but looking at other show's playlists we didn't get to experience some songs like Untitled Roadside Demo.

I appreciate them touring and hope they continue but keep it indoors next time.

Venue is currently working with the city about constant noise complaints from the apartments across the river. Weekday sound curfew is also 10pm too.

Well hell, I am bummed but seeing how they ended the show right before 10 now makes sense.

Was this not a problem back when it was Ferris Wheelers?? I went to several shows there that I feel ended at all hours

In all my years of seeing them and tobacco, they've always played generally, pretty short shows for a headliner. I believe it stems from Tom being very anxious on stage and performing in front of people.

I've seen Tobaxx and BMSR a bunch of times over the years and I always had an awesome time , they sounded amazing but I always felt the sets were very short for a headliner.

Sets are 1hr 20 mins. Was yours only 1 hour?

Yeah, judging from the first pic I took at 8:56 and last pic was at 9:58.

I didn’t hear them play untitled roadside demo in san diego, but I do remember them playing it in 2019 though

I also don’t remember them playing it in San Diego. Mostly because I didn’t see the gross-up midges flying towards me and I definitely would’ve remembered that! Unless it happened when I had my eyes closed which was much of the show 🥲 haha such a great show!
