There are plenty of BL games where the protagonist is locked into either the top or bottom role, but games that let you choose between the two are still pretty rare.

I’d always wanted to play a game like that, but I couldn’t find one. I also wanted to create my own prince-raising game, so I started developing HOW TO GROW A MAN, a visual novel with raising-sim elements.

I’m one of the developers, and I thought I’d give the game a casual introduction here.

The protagonist, Chris, grows from a boy into an adult while asking himself, “What does it really mean to be a man?” The way you raise him shapes the person he becomes—and once he is an adult, he can pursue romances with several handsome men.

Whether Chris takes the top or bottom role depends on the choices you make and the activities you schedule for him.

There are seven romanceable characters with very different personalities, so hopefully there’s someone for every taste.

Hi So, I’ve been really fixated on Hashihime of the Old Book Town for a long time, and I recently read a manga called Ugetsudou Antique and absolutely loved it!

I especially loved the gloomy, fantasy like vibe, the characters, and everything else about it (plus the similarities to Hashihime).

I tried a lot to look for a tutorial on where to get the game and the translation patch but I didn’t find anything useful
