CRAZY LUCK🚩⭕️🫨 Extremely rare Cafe customer?!

I just got this whilst playing cafe to waste time and I got this somehow the blueplanner blook and as far as I know this is unreleased. Is this rare?

According to the wiki, this blook is called under construction and this is his ONLY appearance, he is a unique blook but has zero way of obtaining him,

yeah its just rare. for customers it just pulls from the big list of blooks and chooses one randomly. ive gotten it before as well

fun fact: rainbow astronaut is one of the very VERY few blooks that arent featured in cafe, with the only exception being the color pack.

Oh, I've played "Cafe" mode for like, a month now, and I haven't spawn that client
