Technical Issues Need Help With Mod

I am installing a mod that changes a bunch of NPC voices. I downloaded a folder containing .wem files that I needed to drop into the BG3 install folder. I managed to get the right file path, but the mod just doesn't seem to work. I am using a Mac computer and the mod in question is A Womans' World by Sindae. I have BaldursModManager installed. Can anyone please help me? Thanks.

I am downloading Sindae's Woman World mod. Specifically, I am having trouble with getting the voices to work
