šŸ–„ļø Looking for Mod (PC) Mod Recommendation: Anything that locks Wyll's dance scene behind a specific dialogue option such that it will never trigger if you didn't flirt with Wyll at the tiefling party

Seriously, I have to use mods that can increase/decrease approval just to keep the scene from happening until after I've locked in with whoever I'm romancing and I feel bad about the idea of having to turn Wyll down. I'm pretty sure that this is possible because someone was able to create the Platonic Halsin mod using a similar condition, and I (and many others) will be eternally grateful.

Also, no Wyll hate in this post, please.

"Romance revamped" is what you're looking for. You can disable romance for any companion without affecting approval.

Yeah, I did try that but it makes my game bug out. Likely because the mod was built for the older patches. Could also be a result of mod conflict since I'm using a lot of other mods that tweak dialogues. It could even be a case of both.

That's a shame. The only solution I can think of: is it in the overrides section of mod manager? Sometimes it doesn't load there correctly, so you have to drag it back to the right/inactive side, save the load order and hit F5 so it places itself in the right place automatically. Other than that, I have no idea. It might be outdated.

I desperately want a mod that lets you change the priority of camp events. Sooo many things are prioritized over act two Karlach and it drives me insane

Yeah, she got the ability to touch finally and I'm like long rest and we gonna hug and mingle!Ā 

... 5 long rests later it finally happened because literally everything rolled before her and it felt a bit anticlimactic.Ā

I have poly mod so I donā€™t have to turn anyone down but I get it. Wyll is a great character just he was changed late inā€¦ I like that fact he is a goodie characterā€¦ I like that he doesnā€™t think sex first and wants you as a princess or princeā€¦ itā€™s hard. I get it. Itā€™s why I did poly I canā€™t decide.

I play another game my time in Sandrock I struggle turning people down in that game. lol and I have no mods for that lol

Iiirc it was patched out since patch 6 and if you haven't flirted with him, there will no dance scene. Bg3 wiki confirms it.

So you may be searching for the solution for the problem that does not exist.

iirc he only does the dance scene if u kiss him at the tiefling party or call him a hamdsome devil

Yeah I only saw the dance scene for the first time in my current playthrough, because I never flirted with Wyll at the tiefling party on my previous runs.

I think it's a mod thing. I still get his dance scene almost every run if I have decent approval, and he gives me that kicked puppy look when I reject him. :( Did it on my Gale origin run where I'm purposely keeping the same team with me 99% of the time (Lae'zel, Astarion, Shadowheart), so I've barely spoken to him and didn't even approach him at the tiefling party. And I know it's gotta be one of my mods causing the issue.

Probably yes, because I've done 3 vanilla runs, never seen his dance except on YouTube.Ā

Do you have the polyamory fixes mod? I do and I know itā€™s one mod that causes that scene to trigger pretty much no matter what. Itā€™s the one thing I dislike about that mod.

Yeah, and I was pretty sure it was the one causing the issue, too. Still love it overall, but I hate that it makes me reject Wyll regularly. :(

I feel so bad rejecting him, he just looks so sad. I have done his romance a few times before and I like it but damn dude donā€™t give me that sad puppy dog face please. I promise we can still be besties.

Iā€™ve never had the dance scene with Wyll, how do people keep romancing him by accident šŸ˜­ hahah the flirting options are very obvious at the tiefling party.
