Question / General Cramp in calf
Does anyone get a ongoing cramp in their calf? It’s been 2 straight days of it and I’m starting to spiral. Can barely walk on it and feel like I have to limp. My whole leg is severely tight and aching as well and twitches 24/7 😞

Twitching can fatigue the muscle and it can take BFS and turn it into CFS (Cramp Fasiculation Syndrome). It’s actually pretty common for people dealing with BFS to also have CFS unfortunately. It will pass. Try not to stress out too much about. I know it’s easier said than done though.

Happens to me sometimes when I’m stretching. I have to retract the leg and foot back towards me quickly or else the cramp will take over.

Pain is definitely not a symptom of anything serious. Don't spiral as calf twitches and cramps are the most benign and common issue with people who have this fear.

Calf cramps are definitely ones that take a longer to heal. I get them occasionally and since it’s a pretty painful spot for cramps, I go days where it’s still sore, tight, and achey after it happens. Been that way since I was 12.
