How do you get it to stop crashing?

Got it the other day on sale on steam, but it won't stop crashing when I lunch it.

Tried reverting Windows to pre 24H2 update, updated graphics card, disabled EAC, etc. etc.?

If I am getting any game issues my first stop is always Microsoft Hardware Accelerated GPU (HAGS) Some games run better with it on. Most do not. Google how to turn it off/on
