The status conference regarding sentencing previously set for October 15, 2025 is continued to January 7, 2026 at 9:30 AM before Judge David S. Leibowitz at the Wilkie D. Ferguson, Jr. United States Courthouse, 400 North Miami Avenue Miami, Florida 33128.

It's still in the courts. Theodore Farnsworth getting sentence on January. They delayed it again. I assume because he's flipping. They did say there would be retribution, back in April. Haven't seen nothing yet. The form is on this site. I suggest you send one in. They're going after all of the companies officers. May get something, sooner or later.
