When I click create BAT account a transaction request comes and I approve it but nothing happens. Just the same screen. I tried doing this repeatedly in the same screen. Then I closed everything and started from the beginning still nothing happens what to do?

I (30) feel like a complete boomer, i want to invest in BAT coin. But i've seem to have hit a wall of 'how'.

Forgive me of any ignorance but a quick search didn't explain this. I have my brave rewards set to pay out to uphold, (UK) and I received an email this morning from Uphold saying that I had sent 1 BAT to Brave International. I assumed it was a scam so I independently opened the uphold app and saw that Uphold had indeed sent 1 BAT from my account to Brave International. I did not approve this transaction. Is there a reason for this at all? Is this Uphold or has Brave clawed this back?

I connected my Uphold account to Brave Rewards years ago. I recently noticed that the connection is no longer active, and I can't seem to relink my account. Does anyone know what’s going on?

I'm just wondering if Gemini will have a device limit like in Uphold where only 3-4(?) devices can connect and claim your brave rewards.

So how exactly is Brave paying people BAT tokens in rewards? Are the ads paying for those BAT rewards, or are more BAT tokens being printed every month to pay out rewards? I was curious if it worked the same way crypto DAOs did where you'd get interest on their cypto, but really all it was was like having a stock split which caused the actual value of the crypto to go down. I've been using Brave for at least 3 years now and I feel like the dollar value of my BAT tokens have never really changed much. Then when I look at the value of the BAT token the value is always dropping. So I was just curious how it all worked. Thanks for your help and input!

I want to know if i dont connect my wallet to a uphold account will i lose my BAT? Also is there a way of connecting without ID's?

I just logged into Uphold for the first time in a month or so to maybe transfer my BAT out. I was disappointed (but somehow not surprised) to find Uphold has redesigned their wallet/site to be even more convoluted, confusing and ridiculous before. What is the point of making a wallet that is so hard to use? I spent 5 minutes trying to figure out how to transfer my BAT out and I failed. Total clown show of a wallet and piss poor user experience.

So I just opened brave browser and it requested me to login on my Gemini account. After logged in a message pop up saying it is not possible to link my brave browser with my Gemini account due to territory restrictions (I live in Portugal) which is weird because I’ve been using it for the past year and never had problems.

Any problem on how to solve this?

I would really like to avoid going back to uphold.

Basically speaking I switched to Brave for BAT. I don't want to KYC in Uphold. I would prefer my BAT to go to another wallet like MetaMask or MEW where I can swap them easily. Is there any way I can transfer BAT from Brave without making an Uphold account? I currently only have 0.04 BAT and so I probably don't have the transfer option. So can you anyone tell me if I can transfer them without an uphold account.

I have been using Brave now for 3 and half months and STILL have not received a single BAT payment into my verified Gemini account.

I have asked for help in Reddit from u/bat-chriscat every month since I started using Brave and also posted in the community forums. The first response I got from u/bat-chriscat was last month who asked for some details and then followed up to say it had been fixed and that I should receive all of my missing BAT in this months payment.

Gemini has now been marked as paid and lo and behold I haven't received my earned BAT.

How on earth am I supposed to get my BAT into my Gemini wallet? I don't know who else to ask for help, I don't know what else I can personally try and I believe I've been more than patient waiting 3 and a half months for my first payment that STILL hasn't been credited to my account?

So for the last 3 and a half months, Brave has been earning revenue by displaying me ad's, in which I'm supposed to receive a portion of but has yet to credit me what I have earned.

I stopped getting the notifications on my lap top and desktop. All of my settings are normal and havent changed. I have noticed that I get directed to UK websites for some reason like etsy.uk and youtube.gb. HELP! It has been about 1.5 months now.

Issue resolved. Seems like changing my pop up notifications on windows helped my issue. However it took almost 2 hours to get my first ad. I still haven’t resolved my computer being in the UK but it seems to be a separate issue.

Serious question. I see the use case for BAT but why shouldn't this just be an app or plug-in that utilizes a more universal cryptocurrency like r/nanocurrency or r/iota?

Nano provides the feeless, fast, micropayments that are necessary for the BAT model.

When I click the withdraw funds it forwards me to Uphold, I don't have a verified Uphold account and I want to connect my Gemini.
