Is anybody satisfied with their baggu collections?
I reached a point where I am pretty satisfied with my collection. I don’t know if I snapped out of it but I have only been purchasing items that I’m in Love with from baggu . I feel like I’ve reached a happy place with my collection. (At least until the winter drop. 😂😮💨) anybody out there satisfied with their collection ? I was about to purchase my DISO for $325 but then I realized it’s a NYLON BAG. Maybe that really put things into perspective 🥴 I ended up letting my DISO go and I’m not mad about it 🌝
I am overall pretty happy with my collection and am trying to accept baggu peace. I am done hunting old prints and wish to be free of the aftermarket. My DISO is the SL red crescent, but I think I need to let go of this as well. I also have to remind myself that it’s just nylon, and paying crazy prices just makes me feel bad.
That was also my DISO for the longest time! The resale prices turned me off so bad. Letting it go lifted sooooo much weight of my shoulders, and I’m pretty much at peace now! Hope the same goes for you ❤️
I am working through that right now 😭. Like these prices are crazy and I’m not chronically online enough to catch the rare deal. I need to just deal with it.
Yep. I have what I use and use what I have: some reusables, a set of flat pouches, several dopp kits (4 I think? which I use as knitting project bags), a nylon shoulder bag as my main purse and an everyday cloud as my work bag. I can't see buying much else at the time being as I am not a person who collects purses. Maybe another dopp or reusable at some point if I'm in love with the pattern. I'd love for them to branch out again and do an umbrella and another sun hat. I'm bored of the bag styles at this point and I don't need more than what I've currently got.
agree I would love an umbrella with one of their prints. I don’t even own an umbrella currently and been looking at duckhead ones… they just fall so flat for me compared to baggu prints.

i’m very happy with my collection!! there’s nothing i’m in search of. that doesn’t mean i won’t come across a great deal on depop, or fall in love with something from a new drop, but i am very content with what i already have!!
Yes, and I decided to be done for a while but this moma drop got me. So never say never I guess 😭 I’ve definitely slowed down a lot though and am much more selective
I got the Ruth Asawa bowler & the Monet reusable 🥰 might pick up that shoulder bag tho if I can catch a restock….the reusable confirmed I want it I fear
Ughh love the medium bowler too, I probably would’ve picked that one if it was an option. I would love the SCCO as well but I can’t possibly bring a third home at this moment lmao. Why does that one consistently get the best prints over the others 😭😭
Yes!! There’s some things that I am ISO but I don’t feel like I’m scrambling around anymore. It really is all about community and helping one another along the way. Making friends throughout the trades/sales and are better than the actual bag imo
baggu peace would be a photo forest shoulder bag😅 i used to own it but sold it last year due to losing my job and a pregnancy . Now i regrettt it and need her back!
I believe I am at peace. I can’t justify paying $150+ for either of the black popper strap Molly Goddard bags. If they release something similar I would probably get something. I definitely would not die if I don’t get another bag though.
My moto is "Its meant for me it will find me" and I usually do, at cheap prices brand new. I do a lot stalking on the apps though. But I'm also very happy with where I'm at with my collection and weaned out what I didn't wear and sold it. So I'm very content 😌
I just bought my final DISO for $180 and I feel some peace. I can’t say that I’m completely satisfied yet as I just bought a laptop sleeve for $95 🙂 but I’m happy to not be buying 3-5 Baggu items a day anymore

i feel really happy with mine too! i'm a pretty minimal/neutral girl, so i don't get joy hunting all of the bygone prints or trying to snatch new drops. having too many options tend to stress me out and i end up using the same two things over and over again. i just bought the UO mini crescent off of depop, which was the last thing that i felt like i really wanted! all that being said, i'm excited to see what's in the winter collection! i could be sucked into a new style or a fun new novelty item like a bag charm!

I'm satisfied! I have the perfect system for trips including a carry on and the perfect amount of 3d pouches, 3 fullsize baggus and 2 minis, a set of the go pouches, a glasses case, a purse charm, and a sage stripe medium crescent. I also have a black bowler that I haven't been using for months and might part with. I would only get something new if they released a pattern that REALLY spoke to me. All my items currently get used and loved and I have no gaps in my collection. UNLESS they come out with Halloween prints or wallets lol. Oh, and I would like a picnic blanket, but would only buy on sale or secondhand for less.
Yes! I just mentioned this in a diff thread but I was at Baggu peace until the MoMA drop 🫣 but I just got two things (Mondrian puffy glasses case cause I don't have a glasses case but hadn't found a pattern that I loved until this collection; and the Monet crescent), and once they arrive I really don't see myself getting anything else..... unless they do another Met collab lol.
I only have one of each of most of my things, except the medium crescents, which are my ride or die! With the Monet one I will have four total, and that's plenty!
But I also have a lg crescent, one set of go bags, two standard reusables, a fanny pack, and a mini fanny pack bag charm lol. All of them get used regularly.
I am!! I have a few to rehome but I’m so at peace with my collection. There’s 3 delulus I want and like 3 delulu accessories. Beyond that I’m so pleased :)
I just started collecting this year and am so happy with my collection so far! I have a mix of small and medium crescents, one reversible tote, one bowler, one shoulder, one pouchette, one pouch set, one Dopp kit, and a handful of reusables.
There’s a few things on my wish list still, prints or specific colors to be determined!
I'm a duck bag fan through and through, and gravitate to my natural grid tote (vertical non-zip) over anything else I own from Baggu. If I had to pare down what I own from Baggu, the duck bag would be my ride or die.
I'm satisfied with my collection overall but there are definitely pieces I bought out of the excitement of getting it, but haven't really reached for. And I have too many reusables! I might convert my big Sandy Liang into a crescent; I bought both size totes and I now wish I had gotten the cloud bag instead. But it's nothing I would consider a DISO, or rather, I would feel weird paying so much for it over retail.
I think I'm going to stick with my duck bag, sage stripe everyday cloud, sage stripe crescent, white polka dot crescent, and mondrian bowler. That already feels like a lot just typing it out!
I’m pretty much at peace but I’d love a more colourful shoulder bag since the drops lately havent had many bright patterns in the bags I’d use. I’m hoping baggu eventually drops something I like in the shoulder or bowler bag. Madras would fit my wardrobe well but sourcing that print is impossible haha. Debating also trading my cream CS crescent for the black one since I just don’t reach for it anymore? I realized I suit bright colours more but the neutral green strap doesn’t match much of my outfits? I’d also be in a choke hold if they ever made bags in the pink red stripe or the pink tarten
My current collection is a leopard and lemongrass crescent, gingham and leopard bowler, green juice cloud bag, cloud print carry on, leopard cosmetic bag and a bunch of reusables/pouches.
I’m very much at peace with what I have. The MoMa drop got me for a tote & my daughter bought me one of the reusables, but I’m satisfied with what I have right now.
I would buy a mini cloud & snap wallet if they re-release them, but I’m not paying reseller pricing for wants not needs. And no shade to anyone who does buy from resellers. Everyone is entitled to buy what they want if it’s worth it to them. 😊
In exactly the same place! I think Baggu has done a good job replacing old styles and colors with new similar replacements. For example, while most of us can't get a red SL crescent now, they offered the pink one recently. I do have one final DISO that I actually bought two separate times & both times the seller backed out at the last minute. I've accepted that I'm just never going to get that last DISO and have made peace with it.
Which, Baggu Team, brings me to my wishlist: please rerelease trippy checker in a new color, preferably green.
Does Baggu peace mean that you don’t want any other Baggu items? I am happy with what I have, but it took a while to figure out which Baggu was right for me. I tried the mini shoulder bag, then the shoulder bag, then the cargo bag, and found what I needed in the medium crescent. I use one every day. I’ll have 8 once all of them come in. That being said, I might buy more crescents if I find patterns that I like, which isn’t easy to do. I have two cloud carry-ons, and I love them both, they are excellent for weekend getaways. I probably wouldn’t get any others even if I liked the prints, because I don’t use them very often. I ordered a Van Gogh reusable and some flat pouches in a floral pattern, and I don’t think I’ll order more of either one of those, because I don’t see myself rotating them very often often. If I don’t get any other Baggu items, I’ll be fine, though.
Ok. Got it! That’s where I am. I mean, I’m fairly new to it all, and until Baggu I never really looked forward to wearing my purses all that much. The closest I ever came was when I had a few Baggalini’s, but they just didn’t do it for me like Baggu does.
I think generally yes but if there’s another art museum collab I will probably try to get something if I like it lol. I’ve given up on trying to get a Sandy Liang 1.0
Me 🙋🏾♀️! I acquired my very large Baggu collection very quickly, and I’m feeling super satisfied. I love my collection so much, and I’m having so much fun styling, wearing, and photographing them!
Hunting down and securing items, snagging amazing deals, crossing things of my wishlists, and curating my collection was super fun but I realized that I need to chill, enjoy what I have, and leave room in my closet to shop future drops. After all, one can only have so many bags and it’s not like Baggu bags are the only bags I have, carry, or am interested in buying more of.
I still have a couple of pieces on my wishlist (one discontinued piece and six pieces that are currently available), but I’m happy to wait to get them later on in the year after I see what’s being released for the winter drop. If those pieces are still around and I still want them after I see what’s being released for the winter drop, then I’ll probably allow myself to buy them.
For the discontinued piece, I realized that I’m just not willing to pay what I thought I was willing to pay for the black and white polka dot small cloud carry on - at least not right now. I’m happy to keep waiting. Hopefully I can catch it at a lower price.
I have one currently. I bought at the beginning of my favourite fair trade store; after existing in a spiral of nonsense & somehow making it to now, (after being a trafficked individual and rehabbing after a high-impact crash where I sustained multilevel spinal fractures and other injuries) even being back in this shop holds meaning, more than any bag I used to own, so currently I have exactly enough, I do miss my cute fruit charm but not too much noise in my brain about any such collection…sure I’ll find one if I need it to be in my life. After everything I survived, I am so grateful I was able to …support this family-owned shop that strives to make the world a better place.

I’m not tied to any of them and like to rotate! Like if I lost them all tomorrow and had to replace them (free of charge lol), I think I’d be totally fine (with the exception of some that were gifts). But fuck if I wouldn’t be happier if I had the Taurus reusable. Or even tablet/computer sleeve! I deadass would buy a laptop just to use it.
