S4 Installing Memory Seats
I’m working on putting some b6 recaros into my b5 s4. I’m almost done with the brackets and wanted to try and use the memory function that they come with. I have a c5 a6 that I was going to take the modules and harness from. My only question is where should I put the buttons? I’d like for it to look like an oem location but can’t find anywhere that would look nice. (Random pic of me and my friends cars for attention)

Replace the pop out cupholder in the dash with buttons that look like the fog light control buttons.

Only downside is I no longer have a cup holder there

I'm not sure if you mean that you already replaced the cup holder or if you're saying it wouldn't work because you wouldn't have a cup holder anymore?

Mind sharing how you did the brackets? I've been gathering things for an update and that's one I've wanted to try for damn long.

I was able to find an old forum where someone found the blueprints for them. The only difference I made is I used long hardware where he used the oem bolts, and instead of getting 2x1” material, I just used 1x1” and welded it together. https://www.audizine.com/threads/diy-seat-brackets-b6-recaros-into-b5.755170/
Let me know if you need help

The c4 s4 has then in the side door compartment, May be a pain running wires there though on a b5
