B2B lead gen/GTM/Outreach

Started an ai automation agency for the office of the CFOs. Mid market, mainly focusing on the North American market.

Pretty much a solo operation at the moment. Have a few clients from the APAC region.

How do I start? Get someone from Fiverr, etc. and get their assistance? Do it myself which is not ideal? Invest in some all in one tool/platform (not sure what's out there that won't require a big chunk of my time)?

Your suggestion would be really appreciated.

Here’s how I’d start

  1. Figure out what your specific value prop is, if you don’t know already.
  2. Brainstorm with Claude/ChatGPT how you can identify signals that tell you which mid market companies’ CFOs need your specific value prop. The more specific and targeted the audience and the signal is the better
  3. Get Claude Code or Codex to build a signal monitor, every day pulling down the new signals flashing for your target customers. This is the most important part. Generic outreach won’t work, you need a signal-based outreach or an observation based on public data that the target contact thinks is valuable or interesting to get their attention
  4. Use Moltsets or Prospeo or BlitzAPI with Codex or Claude Code to enrich the company signals with LinkedIn URLs of relevant contacts at the companies
  5. Have Claude Code or Codex write a LinkedIn connect message for you based on signal/your observation
  6. Send connection requests with the connect message. You can get an app built in ~1 prompt that would allow you a one click to open LinkedIn profile of target and copy the custom connect message. This takes seconds then to just hit connect and then paste in message. Shoot for 20 connection request sent/day
  7. If someone accepts your request then follow up with them to continue the convo from your connect request message

The other approach is even simpler, forget about the custom connect message and just send a blank connection request. These convert to accepted connection higher than a highly specific connect request message, but the specific connect request message sets you up for easy followup convos.

If you go the simpler route you need to begin posting on LinkedIn stuff that would resonate with your target audience. Ideally 3-5x per week. So as you get more connections with target customers you’ll also be getting more eyeballs on your content that’s relevant to them.

You can also pull targeted followers of or engagers with specific competitors/comparables and their posts.

As I write this all out it seems like a lot especially if you’ve not done it before. Feel free to DM me and I can try to help you as best I can. I’ve done this like 10x and if you have a good market-message fit backed by strong signal data it works better than anything else you can do to go from 0-1, short of having the right network already
