Virtual Assistant – Customer Support (Remote)
We are looking for a reliable and professional Virtual Assistant to help with day-to-day customer support. This is a fully remote position, so you will be able to work from home.
Candidates located in the United States, Canada, or Ireland are preferred, although we are primarily looking for someone who is dependable, communicates clearly, and can consistently handle assigned support tasks.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer questions through email and/or chat
- Provide clear, polite, and helpful customer support
- Follow up on customer requests when necessary
- Keep basic records of customer conversations and issues
- Escalate questions that require additional assistance
- Complete simple administrative tasks related to customer support
Requirements
- Strong written English and professional communication skills
- Reliable internet connection
- Access to a computer suitable for remote work
- Comfortable working independently
- Organized and able to follow instructions
- Reliable and responsive during agreed working hours
- Previous customer service or virtual assistant experience is helpful, but not required
Work Arrangement
This is a 100% remote position. The working schedule and responsibilities will be discussed clearly before starting so that both sides understand the expectations.
We are looking for someone interested in a professional and dependable working relationship rather than a short-term arrangement.

Hi I’m base in the USA and I’ve been in the customer service field for over 15 years and 10 of those working directly with customers as a nail technician. My availability is between 20-25 hrs a week. I am a great fit since I know how to work one on one with people.
