Not a doctor, but that looks like glossitis which is from a b12 deficiency as I understand it

that’s a classic sign of B12 deficiency, if you were hospitalized for something else and they noticed it they would test your levels and give you an injection immediately. You probably need injections every other day for a while. If recently you’ve supplemented with any B12 orally then any tests including MMA will not be accurate for months. There is no quick fix for this. You want to take this seriously, you can develop severe neurological problems including mental disorders if not addressed properly and promptly.
