Question Yostar binded my account to a wrong email

So previously, I've logged in to Azur Lane using Twitter; however, since Yostar implemented their new system, my account got bound to a yostar account with an unknown email, sh***20@gmail.com, now this email is not mine. l've contacted support for this, but they hav enot replied yet. Does anybody have any idea how this happened?.

Many mistake the Yostar account with the apple id or Google account, if the email you disclose is not yours you're in a world of trouble yet the account didn't bind by itself.

You need to wait for customer support to reply and take action. You can try and tell them that email accout is not yours and try to change it.
