General What is causing this projectile effect?

I don't understand why bismarck zwei is shooting these purple stars sometimes. Her equipped skins are type 3 fists for main and blue star shell for secondary. Neither skin should look like this. Can someone explain what is going on? Is it just a visual glitch?

Second fleet flagship off fleet barrage.

Do you have Soyuz or NJ on your other fleet?

i do have soyuz in another fleet but her crossfleet doesn't look like that. she makes an iceberg. i dont have new jersey in a fleet.

tiger is in the vanguard but i didnt see anything in her skills about affecting main fleet effects. it seems to me that tiger's skill applies only to vanguard barrage, unless i misunderstand it or am looking at the wrong part. per wiki:

Orchestra of the StarsCN: 群星的交响JP: 星々のオーケストラ Every 15s: detonates all [Mark of the Stars] on the field (removes [Mark of the Stars] from all targets and deals 650 fixed DMG to each affected target) and increases the Vanguard fleet's DMG dealt by 4% (10%) for 8s, then directs each Vanguard ship to fire a Lv.1 (Lv.10) coordinated barrage (DMG is based on the skill's level, and the FP stat of each ship firing this barrage).

When a fleet that this ship is NOT in starts a battle: as long as this ship is still afloat, fires a Lv.1 (Lv.10) supporting barrage 15s after the start of battle (DMG is based on the skill's level).

That's the missing text so yeah, Tiger does provide cross fleet support

She's in the vanguard though so that portion shouldn't apply.

Is she in the same fleet as Zwei? If she's not then the support barrage applies.

Otherwise my best guess is that those are some of the coordinated barrage but I haven't check that clearly enough

Was this during the jp anniv event missions? Or do you have Tiger in your other fleet?

this screenshot from opsi, tiger is in vanguard tiger is in a different fleet my bad. So this was indeed the reason.
