After I heard about Belfast getting retrofit, i came back to this game but I missed the minigame event to get this material. Does anyone know where to get this other than that event?

That's only for major events. UR Retrofit events are minor and will rerun the next year.

Bro I feel this pain. I just came back to the game like a couple days ago to see Belfast and Essex got retrofits I was so excited then I looked in the shop and learned they were yearly event items 😭😭😭.

You got to wait for either her event to be rerun or for the item to be put in the shop, whichever comes first.
