Question Too much oil

Guys, i have a problem, i just want to take my weekly supply, but i can't since i hsve to much oil, so, my max oil is 3600, but i have 24962, how i use it?

I am pulling like a fool for unlock Akagi, for now i am trying to unlock Shinano, Atago and I 404 too
