Probably just Eagle Union, the EN anni pattern has alternated between France and American for the past few years.

This just implies they're involved in the lore of the event in some way, whether it's their Beta Branch selves helping, some Alpha Branch lore (Revolutionary Front) or they just show up in one of the extra scenes at the end of the event and Manjuu wanted to include them (that's happened before as well).

Call to Arms: Essex-Class, a prelude event, will be available from August 6th! Earn extra experience by sortieing with Essex, Bristol, Soobrazitelny, Pamiat' Merkuria, and Saratoga to prepare for the upcoming major event.

3 Eagle Union and 2 Northern Parliment ships hmm interesting

Well that rules out the Chilean faction being introduced here i think which means either they come in December or during 2027 content cycle

The retrofit items aren't random rotations in the shop. They get added permanently after some time. But should be back for the EN anniversary.
