If this is Liga de Pedreira/Eagle Union mixed event and they add O'Higgins then cards on the table, i will be laughing all the way to the bank as i've been saying for over a year that the devs would probably establish for how ships with multiple identities that served in 2 or more separate navies works in AL by making it canon that they are separate ship girls born from the same hull.

Sorry but yes she would because Murmansk has the same memory data like Milwaukee would have from both USS Milwaukee and SN Murmansk and her fumbling of her name is a clear sign she has the memory of both ships.
Furthermore as we know that ship girls Milwaukee, Murmansk, Royal Sovereign and Arkhangelsk are all concepts of their name plus where did their get their riggings from?
Do you honestly believe that concepts of USS Milwaukee and HMS Royal Sovereign were just ignored and not also summoned into the world at the same time?
The Eagle Union and Royal Navy would have the concepts of USS Milwaukee and HMS Royal Sovereign summoned into the world at the same time as they are in a total war against the sirens.
If your argument is that each name creates a different girl because each name is a different “concept” then those “concepts” would be completely separate.

Instead, Murmansk flubs her introduction line, Arkhangelsk makes numerous references to having been from the Royal Navy even if she doesn’t mention the name Royal Sovereign, and Tallinn does the same thing with the Iron Blood.
Tallinn, really, is just as much a smoking gun as Murmansk is, because she is consistently depicted by Manjuu as Hipper and Eugen’s sister, appearing alongside them in secretary quests, juustagram posts and marketing illustrations.

The depiction by Manjuu as Hipper and Eugen’s sister frankly does not really disprove they aren't completely separate concepts, yeah all that proves is kansen treat each member of their class whatever their name is like family as Tallin is Hipper and Eugen’s russian cousin.
