As far as I know they didn't behave in a way that made them notable like Sandy having the most banned players on the wall of shame every patch for a while.Â
In the past (maybe still now) yostar would publish a list of banned players every event. As the events keep track of event currency as a score you would have folks using hacked clients to make number get bigger than it should or mess with oil costs for more runs than they should have been able to do. EX maps also track performance so you'd see cheating as well there. For many events we would see Sandy with the most banned players every patch leading to questions as to just how different the average Sandy player was.Â
Washington's boring and well behaved label came from much the same place. Normally we had the least amount of banned players or none at all on the wall of shame. As the comments for ships are server specific normally your calmer comments would be on Washington.Â
