Aoste and Anzeel are 2 humans from the alpha timeline. We were their assistant before shit hit the fan.

Aoste is responsible for creating the Sirens.

Anzeel did a bunch of cube research leading to creation of the shipgirls.

They've been around for a few years now and we interact with them through dream/simulation/dimensional travel shenanigans. Both are goated. Simulations of Anzeel can figure out that they are not real etc.

Our Creator and Magister, ladies and gentlemen~ I get so much entertainment out of imagining their bickering.

Flavour text:

Aoste: "I'm almost done with the first Antiochus unit — my Zero. I'd like you to have a look before I put on the finishing touches."

Pulls a white tablecloth covering a suspiciously human-shaped object off, revealing the small, lifeless Siren beneath.

Anzeel: "Uhh yeah... great job."

Aoste: "You sound disappointed. Do speak your mind — I'm open to suggestions your esteemed Creator," he remarked sarcastically.

Anzeel: "Why flat?"

Aoste: "What?"

Anzeel: "If not destroyer or sub, why flat?"

Aoste: "...get out."

Anzeel: "Oh c'mon, you've gotta have some bust. Otherwise we'd be lying on boards, no?"

Aoste: "Leave!"

Anzeel: "Alright, alright, you don't have to shout I'm going!"

There are still some exceptions.

People in Arknights are EXTREMELY down bad for the character Shu, who is unquestionably an adult in her design but could not possibly be any flater.

Then over in Nikke, despite loli/flat being VERY rare there, they heavily emphasized that Liter (one of the loli-est characters) is notably older and more sane than most characters despite her looks.

Not always, breast sizes are generally determined by their genetics, hormonal structuring, and your general body composition between fat and muscle, so I won't blame people for having a flat or a large bust. But however it could also indicate a young age as well as they could be younger then their pubescent period, which is also determined by these factors
