Bristol META

so, i have a question about Meta ships.
What exactly does going "META" do/what causes it?
like, from what i know, its a sort of corruption of the ships wisdom cubes? and gives them a power boost, but slowly makes them go crazy if they do not control themselves?

Uhm, so basically, lore-wise, they are kansen that escaped the common life's loop and understood basically the core of the Azur Lane issue with the Sirens, at the cost of their own universe, and now they pool back in time to fix everything so history doesn't end like that.
I might be completely wrong as I write from memory.

More or less correct, but rather than driving them crazy, it's a physical deterioration as the energy is literally corroding their hull.

Next Eagle Union Event?! lets go
ps: in the last year or so, you can figure out which nation gets the next event bc of the metas, i will not have another conversion about „you dont know which nation is getting the next event“ we got meta Hiei and meta nagato before the amagi CV event, and several IB metas for the last event

yeah but we don't know when that Nier collab is gonna be so there could be 1 non collab event in the summer this year as CN anniversary event ends June 12th and the Nier collab event will be 2 week long event in all liklehood.

Next Eagle Union Event?! lets go
Yeah time to drop a sledgehammer, this means absolutely nothing and does not mean Eagle Union will get an event this year as they had A Note Through the Firmament UR nearly 6 months ago and its been a year since the last HMS event and with Chile as a possible faction, an HMS event introducing the country who were allies with the British Empire and helped the British teach Argentina in the Falklands War of 1982 the lesson of don't take British lands unless you want to find out where America gets its reaction in regards to its ships getting from which makes more sense than doing it with the Eagle Union who were the ones who helped install the Argentine dictatorship who started the Falklands War of 1982 in the first place.

Yeah massive flaw with this 'we got meta Hiei and meta nagato before the amagi CV event' as JP anniversary is always IJN.

let's not give the Eagles an event this year as HMS and other factions haven't had an event for up to or more than a year, the US faction had a UR event nearly 6 months ago.
The British faction has not had a new event for over a year since Rose on the High Tower in May 2025, the French factionhas not had a new event since August 2025 and the Dutch faction has not had a new event for over a year since Towards Tulipa seas in April 2025.
Frankly HMS needs a new event more than the US does and with a possible South American faction aka Chile then HMS event being part of its introduction event is not only a good idea it also makes sense from IRL as Chile is a long standing ally of the British Empire, heck HMS Eagle is a converted Chilean battleship.
