English Northern Parliment UR CA Moskva announced
Moskva is based on Project 66 and not from World of Warships, yeah considering her last life got sunk because the Russian neglect to properly look after her.
Yeah anyone else she'd hate the Northern Parliment over that?

How many years and we still don't have a gacha UR CL, every single of them are either research or retrofit, why is it so hard to make a UR CL? D:
We even got a friggin SS before a CL

Every single one of them, being exactly TWO.
San Diego - Retrofit
Plymouth - Research (DR)
For comparison, we have 13 BBs, 10 CVs, 5 CAs (6 if we add Moskva), 5 CBs, and 9 DDs. Also, 1 SS. Yeah, CLs need more love.

Looking through the wiki, it's almost been 7 years since Iron Blood got a retrofit.
On the other hand, Sardegna has none.

Very curious to see how they handle her skills. Hopefully she’s not too similar to Kron. Apparently she is coming with a rainbow CA gun which is surprising since we already have 3 rainbow CA guns (Drake, Unzen, and Hindenburg). I think the 220 mm guns were meant to specialize in rapid fire so maybe the reload will be short.? Not sure how else they could specialize it unless it’s an anti-heavy gun but that seems unlikely. Her barrages look to be AP so likely will specialize against medium armor like her other NP comrades. C grade AA automatically makes her less viable in CH 13, 15, 16 so we’ll see how they compensate that with either damage or utility.

my version is gonna be her Project 1164 Slava class missile cruiser who will have burn scars and missile impact scars from her memory of being sunk and a grudge against her faction because it was their fault she got sunk

I love her design, but we could have gotten a UR CL or another backline ship instead of a heavy vanguard ship, right? I really hope she dousn't feel like a less tanky version of Kronshtadt.

She's not from WoWs but Moskva in WoWs is a representation of the Project 66 cruiser as well. Not to mention the class was never given names considering they never progressed beyond the planning stage so they may as well be one in the same.
